1. Processing Your Order
Every order at Soulaimane DAHBI is personally confirmed before anything ships. After you place an order request through our website or by messaging us on WhatsApp, our team will confirm the item, availability, and delivery details with you directly, and then send you a secure payment link.
Once your payment is confirmed, your order enters processing:
- Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays).
- Orders confirmed before 12pm EST typically begin processing the same business day.
- Made-to-order and oversized items may require additional preparation time — we will always tell you upfront via WhatsApp.
Good to know: your order is only final once payment is confirmed. Until then you can change or cancel anything at no cost — just message us.
2. Shipping Times by Region
We ship from our US fulfillment partners to all 50 states. Standard delivery takes 6–14 business days after your order is processed, depending on your region:

Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Weather events, carrier backlogs, and peak seasons (spring gardening season and the winter holidays) can occasionally add a few days. If your order runs late, message us and we will chase it down for you.

Free standard shipping applies automatically to all US orders of $75 or more (after discounts, before tax). Express shipping can be requested when you confirm your order on WhatsApp — just let our team know you are in a hurry.
4. Carriers & Order Tracking
We ship with trusted national carriers — USPS, UPS, and FedEx — and choose the best option for your location and the size of your order.
Every order ships with tracking. Because orders are confirmed personally, we send your tracking information directly to you:
- Via WhatsApp message to the number you ordered from, and/or
- Via email to the address you provided at checkout.
Tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to activate after you receive them. If your tracking has not updated after 48 hours, or you have misplaced it, contact us on WhatsApp or at hello@soulaimanedahbi.com with your order number and we will resend it right away.
5. Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. P.O. boxes are accepted for most small and medium items.
We do not ship internationally at this time — including to Canada, Mexico, or US territories outside the 50 states. We hope to expand soon; join our newsletter to be the first to know.
6. Large & Freight Items
Some of our premium pieces — such as the Premium Backyard Greenhouse Kit, Teak Outdoor Lounge Set, and Cedar Porch Swing — are too large for standard parcel carriers and ship by freight instead.
- White-glove freight delivery: 10–20 business days.
- Freight pricing and scheduling are arranged individually — our team will confirm everything with you on WhatsApp before you pay.
- Where available, delivery includes placement at your chosen outdoor location (driveway, patio, or backyard access point).
- Someone 18 or older must be present to sign for freight deliveries.
7. Our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee
We want you to love what arrives at your door. If you are not completely happy, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement — and return shipping is always free.
No restocking fees. No fine print. Just message us, send the item back with the prepaid label we provide, and we will take care of the rest.
8. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a full refund, returned items must be:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date;
- Unused and in original condition — no soil residue in planters, no assembly marks on furniture;
- In the original packaging with all accessories, hardware, and instruction leaflets included;
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.
Items returned in a used or damaged condition that is not due to a defect may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.
9. How to Start a Return
Starting a return takes about two minutes:

Include your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within one business day (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm EST) with a prepaid return shipping label and simple packing instructions.
10. Refunds & Timing
Once your return arrives at our facility, we inspect it within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days after inspection, depending on your bank or card issuer.
You will receive a confirmation by email or WhatsApp as soon as your refund is processed. Original shipping charges (where paid) are refunded in full for all approved returns under the 30-Day Happiness Guarantee.
11. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right — fast.
- Send us a photo of the item and packaging within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email, along with your order number.
- We will ship a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
- In most cases, no return is required for damaged or defective items.
Freight deliveries: please inspect large items before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it immediately — this speeds up your claim considerably.
12. Exchanges
Prefer a different size, color, or model? We are happy to exchange eligible items within the same 30-day window. The fastest route is usually to return the original item for a refund and place a new order — but if you would like a direct exchange, message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange it, subject to stock availability.
13. Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened seed packets and opened grow kits — unless they arrive defective (for example, damaged packaging or non-viable contents on arrival);
- Live plant material once planted or transplanted;
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
Unopened seed packets and grow kits in original, sealed condition remain fully returnable under the 30-Day Happiness Guarantee.
14. Return Address
Please do not send items back before contacting us — returns must be authorized so we can match them to your order. Our return facility address is kept on file and provided with your prepaid return label once your return is approved. This ensures your return is routed to the correct warehouse and processed without delay.
